Barnaby Draper (Uptown Lounge 1) Barnaby had three wins and a table run to not only help his team squeeze past the Badgers, but his 35 points put him in a share of the 'A' Division lead. Jim Holloway / Terry Howell (Don Q's 1) Jim's three wins enabled Don Q's to avoid a big upset, and despite a broken finger, Terry was able to get a break-and-run. Jojo Benedict / Peter Lara (Carp & Linden Pub 2) Jojo and Peter combined for six wins to help Carp open their season with a win. Jojo is the league's only undefeated female player. Ismael Huerta (Moose Lodge 2) The highly touted Moose had their hands full with Don Q's 2, but Ismael's three wins (including a table run) were the difference in the Moose Lodge's 8-7 victory. Robert Rosa (Don Q's Dragons) Robert was one of four Dragons who went 3-0 at Brewco Lounge, but he was the only one to also have a table run. Jim Steele / Justin Murray / Jaime Hernandez (Break Time 3) Break Time's Killer J's combined for nine wins, and Steele added a table run. Paul Nelson (Carp & Linden Pub 1) Pushed to a hill-hill game at Monty's 1, Carp's Nelson calmly rolled in a table run for the victory. Brendan Mackey (Don Q's 5) Brendan had a great start to his winter campaign; three wins and a table run. Jeremy Tessmer (Don Q's 7) Jeremy's first league match in almost 10 years went well as he had three wins and one table run. Pete Conover (Sportsman 1) Pete's third win of the night put Sportsman 1 ahead for good in their match against home-bar rival Sportsman Nuggets. | |
