Todd and John, two league veterans, both went 3-for-3 in a substitute role for their respective teams. Todd helped Monty's win at Mel's Lounge, and as a result Monty's 1 moved back into the top four in 'A' Division. John's three wins powered Break Time 3 to their seventh victory. With the win, 2nd place Break Time stays ahead of 3rd place Don Q's 1 and keeps pace with 1st place Moose Lodge 2. | ||
Honorable Mention(s): Keith Baugher / Ryan Douglas (Cliff Room .08) Keith and Ryan combined for six wins to power Cliff Room to their fourth victory of the season. Douglas has won seven in a row, and despite missing a few weeks he is threatening to move into the top-20. Leana Finley / Bob McLean (Sportsman 1) The Hellcat got three wins to stay at the top of 'B' Division. After opening the season 6-0, McLean went 2-8 and dropped out of the top 20. Bob has rebounded, winning 7 of 8 (including three wins this week), and he has climbed back into the top-15. Jorge Salcedo (Monty's 1) Salcedo joined teammate Knudsen in the three win circle. After starting the season 2-7, Jorge has won 10 of 12 and has climbed all the way into the top-15 in 'A' Division. Alfonso Lazaro / Edmundo Burquez (Moose Lodge 2) Alfonso and Mundo both went 3-for-3 to help the division-leading Moose stay undefeated. Cap'n Lazaro has recovered from a mid-season slump to win 8 straight games and climb into the top-10 in 'B' Division. Keith Gillatt (Break Time 3) Kez had three more wins and remains just 5 points shy of the division lead. Jim Holloway / Matt Carr (Don Q's 1) Holloway and Carr combined for six wins to help Don Q's defeat the visiting Moose. Jim's 12-game win streak leads the league, and he's tied for 2nd place with Kez Gillatt. Matt's 8-game win streak is currently second-best in the league. Emilio Ramos (Cliff Room 2) Emilio went 3-for-3 and was key in Cliff Room's second victory of the season. Joel Nupdal (Break Time 2) Dennis' brother Joel had three big game wins, and Break Time 2 ended a six-match losing streak with a shockinf victory in Carpinteria. Sportsman Nuggets The Nuggets posted their second 14-win score in the last three weeks, and in the process they moved up to 3rd place in 'A' Division. Bob Pastor (Don Q's 5) Bob had a table run and his first three-win night of the season. Casey Black (Mel's Cartel) With three more wins, Casey extended his win streak to five games and climbed into the top-15 in his division. |
