Jack Poet / Jim Holloway (Don Q's 1) Jack and Jim each went 3-for-3 in the Don Q's win. Jim's 30 points gave him sole possession of 5th place in 'B' Division, while Jack's 30 points gave him the last spot available in the All-Stars. Paul Nelson / Dave Deanda (Carp & Linden Pub) Paul and Dave had three wins each, and Carp handed Monty's 1 their third straight loss. In the process, Carp leapfrogged Monty's in the standings, finishing in 3rd place. Andres Cortez / Ed Guzman (Eagles Lodge 2) With three wins and a run each, Andres and Ed clinched 1st and 2nd place in 'B' Division. Kez Gillatt / Jim Steele (Break Time 3) Kez and Jim combined for six big wins, and Break Time ended Sportsman's six-match winning streak. Tanya Topinko (Uptown Lounge 4QBWS) Tanya ended her season on a six-game winning streak. Her 30 points moved her up 7 spots in the standings to qualify for both Best-of-the-Rest tourneys. Emilio Ramos (Creekside 2) Emilio ended his 10-game losing streak in a big way, winning all three of his games and helping Creekside win their second match of the season. Tony Allred / Jeremy Warner / Nick Testa (Don Q's Badgers) Tony, Jeremy, and Nick were all three-game winners, and the Badgers ended their season on a three-match winning streak that lifted them into 4th place in 'A' Division. Nick Doerr / Dave Thomas (Don Q's 5) Nick and Dave combined for six wins to lift Don Q's 5 to a huge win that vaulted them into 4th place in 'B' Division. Robert Rosa / Brent Boone / Mike Rys (Don Q's Dragons) Robert, Brent, and Mike were all 3-for-3 for the champion Dragons. Rosa's dramatic last-game table run put him in 1st place, just 5 points ahead of Jeremy Warner. |
