The two division leaders both had monster 45-point nights. Little Al overtook teammate Damian Rebman for the 'B' Division lead after Damian suffered a rare two-loss night. After opening the season 26-2 and averaging 10.36 pts/game, Vafa had a mini-slump, going 7-5, and he trailed Rebman by 40 points. Since then, Al is 13-1 with two break-n-run and four table runs and he holds a 20 point lead over Damian. Martin has been equally impressive of late. Since losing three games to the Misfits on January 30th (his first three-loss night in almost seven years), Hernandez is 17-1 with a table run and two break-n-runs. 2nd place Robert Rosa also had an outstanding night (40-points), but he was powerless in keeping Martin from extending his 'A' Division lead. |
