Players of the Week for January 10, 2017
John Bushnell (Monty's Misfits) and
Anthony Saenz (Sportsman Nuggets)
Captain Bushnell's third win of the night gave the Misfits the victory over the Badgers and raised Monty's win pct. over .500 for the first time since week 1.   Captain Anthony's win streak now stands at six games, and with his team's third straight victory, the Nuggets' win pct. is over .500 for the first time this season.   The 6th place Misfits lead the 7th place Nuggets by a single game win.

Honorable Mention(s):

Terry Howell / Ramon Rodriguez (Don Q's Sharks)
Terry and Ramon combined for six wins to lead the Sharks to a 9-6 victory over a tough Travelers team.

Howell's 30 points moved him back into the 'B' Division lead.
Mike Rys / Harry Peltz / Jaime Hernandez (Break Time Warriors)

Mike and Harry had three wins each and Jaime contributed a table run and a break-and-run in the Warriors 9-6 victory over Moose Lodge 2.
This win puts 2nd place Break Time ahead of 3rd place Moose Lodge in the 'A' Division standings.

Scott Fleming / Paul Nelson (Cliff Room Knights)
Paul had three wins to lead the Knights but it was Scotty's hill-hill table run that stole the show.   According to hill-hill opponent Barnaby Draper, Fleming hit three straight bank shots to clear a very tough table layout.

Meagan Soloff (Break Time Tainted Nuns)
The leader in the Hellcat standings had another three win night.

Chuy Velez (Break Time Underdogs)
With his three-win performance, Chuy led the U-Dogs to their third win in the last four weeks.   After starting the season 4-16, Velez has won 9 of his last 13 games.

Sean O'Brien (Don Q's Badgers)
Over the last seven weeks Sean has averaged 10.71 points per game, second to only Damian Rebman.   O'Brien also tied a league record by getting a break-and-run in his fourth straight match.

Jim Holloway / Brendan Mackey (Don Q's 1)
Holloway and Mackey teamed up for six wins in their 10-5 victory over the Moose.

Derrick Craig (Sportsman Nuggets)
Derrick joined his captain in the three-win circle.

Chris Ackler (Sportsman 1)
The Ripper bounced back from his first three-loss night in over a year and took three from the Cartel.
